On 17 September 2002 Tootsie had a busy day. She started work at 00:20hrs and finished at 18:00hrs, or at least that was the hard work done!
The vet called at 17:00hrs. to check Tootsie and all twelve puppies then present, Tootsie and puppies were pronounced OK. Tootsie was told that number Twelve was the last one. I am sure she grinned! An hour later number Thirteen arrived weighing in at 13ozs.
